TTI TRANSCULTURE TRAINING INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING is a global organization which provides transculture training, coaching and consulting to individuals and organizations working and doing business internationally, and cultural diversity management training for people working in multicultural workplaces and marketplaces.
As a full-service transculture and workplace cultural diversity training organization, we provide individualized personal coaching to expatriates, to newcomers and to their families to help them overcome personal, professional, employment, job and career-related transculture challenges to ease and expedite their local cultural adjustment, in Canada, the USA, and in other countries.
Our training programs include a Canadian Business and Workplace Culture and Communication curriculum for foreign-educated and trained professional newcomer immigrants, expatriates, for foreign-based multinational organizations' foreign nationals working and doing business in Canada, and for international students entering co-op and internship work programs in Canada.
Our transculture and cultural diversity management skills training programs will enable clearer communication and understanding among culturally-diverse colleagues, between culturally-diverse superiors and subordinates, among global virtual team members, international clients, partners and suppliers, strengthening interpersonal business relationships and collaboration.
All our training is client-customized, practical, practicable, job and task-relevant. It is different from the often provided awareness briefings on diversity, international business etiquette and social customs, which while informative and general in content, typically do not impart useful take-away practical working knowledge, skills, strategies, approaches, tips and techniques to work and do business transculturally, nor do they mention the existence of useful resources, tools and reference materials commonly used in the transculture training and coaching industry.
We differentiate ourselves by developing individuals' requisite transculture competence and cultural diversity management skills through a pragmatic, systematic and structured framework of best-practices, strategies, approaches, techniques, including the use of industry tools and resources to work and do business transculturally. These are all demonstrated and practiced in client-customized business activity-relevant role-play simulations included in our workshops.
Our workshops complement, enrich and reinforce our curriculum material, and are designed to re-create client-experienced critical incident situations and relevant actual case studies, with students' active participation in role-play simulation exercises to experience the contrasts, the impact and effects of transculture differences in multicultural workplaces and in international business situations.

TTI's training focus is on applied, practical and practicable skills' development without delving deeply into the transculture academic foundations, the concepts and theories behind cultural dimensions, the bodies of research or the specifics of any of the cultural classification models.

TTI was founded by company President, Georges Brotman, following 40 years of international experience, living, working, and doing business in many countries as a senior executive and corporate management consultant in international business strategic planning to multinationals. His extensive international experience has led him to value the necessity, the importance, and the benefits of transculture comptence and cultural diversity management training to work and do business internationally and multiculturally. Throughout his career, Georges has always been intrigued and passionate to learn about world cultures and customs, and how domestic national cultures even vary geographically, how much they influence and shape organizational cultures and identity, and how native cultures affect the interaction dynamics in workplaces, marketplaces, and doing business internationally.
